Welcome to the Brookhurst Village Condo Association 

Our current homeowner occupancy is at 50%. The rest is rentals from homeowners. We strive to make a safe environment for families and have made many improvements to the association over the years.

• Landscaping is done weekly and extensively for tress and bushes twice a year (once in May and again in September).

• Our old pool area has been fenced off with privacy slats for safety reasons. A gate has been installed for access. 

• Our shed has been moved to the left of the fenced off pool area to provide more parking space.

• The trash bin has been moved to a new boot in front of the fenced off pool area. A solar camera system has been set up to monitor the parking lot and trash area to discourage dumping and loitering.

• New lights have been installed to illuminate the parking area and additional solar lights have been installed throughout the association.
