Landscape Maintenance Contract
The deadline has passed for the landscape voting measure. A majority vote of the 75% eligible homeowner votes was required to pass the measure. The following is a breakdown of the votes:

Unit #16 (President)
Unit #7 (abandoned to foreclosure)
Unit #33 (dues in arrears)
Unit #31 (failed to pay special assessment)
Unit #32 (failed to pay special assessment)
Unit #26 (failed to pay special assessment)
This leaves 30 eligible votes with 23 votes needed to pass the measure. (30 x .75 = 22.5).
26 votes were cast.
21 votes for Brian Fitz-Gerald (President) at $850/month year round to include gutter cleaning and pressure washing.
5 votes were written in for ProLawn at $700/month year round (landscaping only).
The landscaping contract has been signed with the Secretary of the Board, Tracy Hurst (unit #17). Business license and insurance has been obtained. Work will begin next week.
